I recently bought a new cowl from you because we had a terrible down draught problem with our recently installed wood burner. I phoned you up and you recommended any of the anti down draught cowls you sell so I bought the brewer aerodyne. Fitted it this weekend, the first weekend of no rain or wind, took me about two hours at the top of a roof ladder standing on my tip toes to remove the old cowl which was cemented in place, 5 minutes to fit yours. Came down and lit a fire and no down draught! Tonight you can hear the wind whistling through the cowl but no down draft. The log burner (an old villager) is working fantastic now, easy to light and burns very clean.

11th October 2012 Disused Chimney Caps - So easy to use and no tools needed on the roof Excellent; Ordered Thurs at 1400 delivered Fri at 1330 on the chimney and fitted at 1350. I am so pleased that I want two more. So easy and no tools needed on the roof. (just a parachute)

I received my goods by Royal mail today and may I say how refreshing it is to be served by a company who thinks about best service and then delivers. Other companies usually rely on couriers for deliveries and some of them tend to be slow and unreliable up here. You went to the trouble of identifying Royal Mail as the best option and even rang me to advise on delivery. I could not ask for better service.

Just wanted to say "Thank you" for the excellent service I received from you re order of Brewer's UFO - ordered Friday at 2pm and was delivered at 09:15 on Saturday morning and this was over the xmas period!
It was the 1st time I'd ordered from you and it's always difficult when choosing a company off the internet to know whether they are any good/trustworthy etc. As a suggestion, some other websites do a customer testimonial section where you can read other comments which is really helpful in choosing. Judging by my experience, I'm sure I'm not alone at being impressed with your service and you would have plenty of compliments to fill this!
